As usual, September is a popular month for introducing technological innovations. GoPro is not far behind this year, launching a new line of cameras, serial number 11.
During the 20 years that GoPro has been producing cameras, development has not stopped and innovations continue to be made. It is easier for the customer to navigate the current offer, because the most powerful model has evolved from the range of models - in this case the Black model. This year, the flagship HERO 11 Black is coming to the market, the successor to the HERO 10 Black, which has found many loyal customers in our country. Versatility, performance and, above all, the quality of the captured footage is the essence of GoPro cameras, and the new model has moved all parameters, and a little higher.
NEW SENSOR: A BILLION COLORS AND 27MP PHOTOGRAPHY
The resolution remains in the respectable parameters of 5.3K60fps + 4K120fps + 2.7K240fps. With such parameters, it is possible to take great shots in a sufficiently dimensioned resolution and in such a number of frames that allow you to create beautiful slow-motion shots without losing smoothness. The resolution has increased to 27 megapixels and the color depth of the sensor is even up to 10-bit, so after activating this mode, the camera can record up to a billion colors in shots. Ideal for post-production, where higher quality demands are made. Thanks to the new sensor, the camera can capture the maximum field of view in the ratio of 8:7. The new changes also include a new digital HyperView lens, which will draw you into the action like never before.
Thanks to the new sensor, higher image quality, along with advanced HyperSmooth 5.0 stabilization, allows you to create wide-angle cinematic shots or extra-tall vertical shots for social media posts. The camera is designed not only for professionals but also for casual athletes, vloggers, travelers and millions of users who can rely on versatility, durability and extreme performance, which is forged in a camera that fits in the palm of your hand. GoPro even comes with a new, improved Enduro 1720mAh removable battery, which is included in the package and ensures even longer filming on a single charge, both in lower and higher temperatures.
RELIABLE AND PROVEN DESIGN
The camera retains its signature shape, once again has two displays and foldable legs, making it compatible with the same accessories as the previous generation. Even without a protective case, it is waterproof to 10 meters and, thanks to decades of development and valuable experience, is built to handle even the toughest conditions.
ONE ECOSYSTEM, ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES
It all starts with the HERO 11 Black ... but what helped make GoPro a global phenomenon and forever change the way we capture and share our life experiences? The answer is a comprehensive ecosystem that, in addition to the camera hardware, also includes custom-tuned software and a variety of accessories and mounts, thanks to which it is a breeze to capture the truly original shot. It all depends on your imagination. GoPro places great emphasis on user-friendliness and is constantly improving both the video editing software and the camera control itself. A great feature of the camera is the possibility of user presets. A diver, a traveler, a skier or even a car driver can film. Everyone can easily preset the camera in recording and photo mode.
Other additions to the film arsenal worth mentioning are three brand new time-lapse settings that allow you to capture the movement of stars across the night sky or effectively blur ambient lights when filming a nighttime parade in a car or on a motorbike without the need for post-production.
HERO 11 Black has a powerful set of POWER TOOLS. The HindSight function is great, which can record up to 30 seconds of video before the shutter is pressed. Comfortable shooting also supports the popular Duration Capture (setting the recording length) or Scheduled Capture (setting the time in the next 24 hours when the camera records or takes photos). Of course, the equipment also includes the popular webcam and live streaming function, Protune for more advanced post-production, GPS and other functionalities that the camera has gradually accumulated.
