Description

DJI Agras T25

Lightweight folding design and agile agricultural drone DJI AGRAS T25 can be easily operated by one person. The drone can carry a spraying load of up to 20 kg[1] or a scattering load of up to 25 kg[1]. The DJI AGRAS T25 is equipped with front and rear phased array radar systems, a binocular vision system and a high-definition FPV gimbal camera. The drone performs multiple tasks, from mapping[2] to spraying and dispersal, and excels on different types of terrain.
The drone has a built-in dual atomization spray system that provides an ultra-high flow rate of up to 16 L/min (for dual-jet spraying). The DJI AGRAS T25 is equipped with front and rear active phased array radar systems that have twice the number of RF channels for higher detection accuracy.

Additional nozzles for more efficient spraying

DJI AGRAS T25 can be supplemented with a pair of centrifugal nozzles, which enables four-jet spraying [12]. With manual control, you can use the reverse directional spray function, which facilitates operations without the need to turn. The high-definition FPV gimbal camera provides a live view of the surroundings, increasing safety during operation.

High-speed, atomized spray with no leaks

The double atomization system achieves an extraordinary flow rate of up to 16 L/min when using two nozzles, ensuring an even and fine spray without leaks. With the addition of two additional centrifugal nozzles, the flow rate increases to 24 L/min, which is ideal for applications requiring a high spray volume.

SPRAYING SYSTEM

Magnetic circulation pump

The magnetic circulating pump provides a double flow rate of up to 24 L/min[3]. It is a 100% increase over the previous generation to meet the needs of agricultural fields, orchards and high temperature environments.

Double atomizing centrifugal nozzles

The droplet size can be set in the range from 50 to 500 μm depending on the chemicals used.

Brand new solenoid valves

Precise starting and stopping eliminates leaks.

SPREADING WITH SPEED

The new DJI Agras T25 spreader with a spiral rotating disc significantly increases the efficiency and smoothness of spreading.

  • Capacity 25 kg
  • With a maximum volume of 35 l and an enlarged filling hole for faster filling.
  • The DJI Agras T25 is equipped with a weight sensor that allows you to monitor the remaining load in real time.
  • The spreader is designed to be quickly disassembled and easily cleaned for easy maintenance.

Double security with binocular vision and dual radar

DJI AGRAS T25 has front and rear active radar systems with a phased array, which, thanks to the double number of RF channels[18], provide higher detection accuracy. These systems enable multidirectional detection of obstacles[6], which significantly increases operational safety. A pair of binocular vision sensors enables accurate perception of terrain and detailed display of obstacles, which ensures automatic obstacle avoidance[13] and terrain flight adaptation[13] even on steep slopes.

Avoiding obstacles

One drone for mapping, spraying and scattering

The DJI AGRAS T25 integrates aerial mapping, spraying and scattering into one device. Thanks to the high-resolution FPV gimbal camera, it can capture images of fields and orchards in real time. In combination with the DJI RC Plus controller and the RTK service, you can create detailed maps that serve as a basis for automated flight routes. The DJI AGRAS T25 enables take-off and fully automated operations at the push of a button.

Aerial mapping of orchards[2]

DJI AGRAS T25 allows to avoid obstacles and adapt the flight to the terrain when mapping orchards on slopes up to 20°[5]. Using the DJI RC Plus and its real-time mapping capabilities, it can automatically detect fruit trees and obstacles. Based on their layout, it creates accurate and fully automated 3D flight paths. Mapping a 5-hectare orchard can be done in 10 minutes[14] + 3D map of the orchard.

T race of area mapping
Mapping a 13-hectare field in 10 minutes[14]

DJI AGRAS T25 allows you to explore the entire field, automatically identify its boundaries and obstacles, and plan more accurate flight paths.

DJI Agras T25

Border route
Mapping the boundaries of a 13-hectare field in 3 minutes[14]

Suitable for fields without obstacles in the middle. It enables fast rendering of field boundaries and effective aerial mapping[2].

DJI Agras T25

Remote control with a clear large screen

The eight-core processor provides high performance and smoother operation, which makes control more efficient. Intelligent route planning minimizes inefficient flights with full loads, significantly increasing overall efficiency. A large 7-inch screen with high brightness provides a wider and more detailed view of operations. Manual mode gives you full control over all functions as needed.

Signal stability

The improved O3 transmission system with four antennas ensures reliable operation even in areas without a mobile signal, with a range of up to 2 km[8]. High resistance to interference guarantees a high-quality signal even when working on tall crops.

DJI Relay (optional)

DJI Relay ensures smooth video transmission in real time. This increases the safety of flights even in difficult operating conditions with obstacles in the signal.

[1] Data were measured at sea level. The weight of the load is significantly affected by the surrounding temperature and altitude. The weight of the take-off load must be reduced by 5 kg for every 1,000 m of altitude increase. The DJI Agras application will recommend the weight of the load according to the current state and surroundings of the aircraft. When adding materials, the maximum weight should not exceed the recommended value, otherwise flight safety may be compromised.
[2] An RTK system is required.
[3] The maximum flow rate when spraying with two nozzles is 16 L/min. The maximum flow rate when spraying with four nozzles is 24 L/min.
[4] Data were measured with 4 mm diameter urea. Maximum flow rate may vary depending on granule size, density and surface smoothness of different fertilizers.
[5] To ensure high mapping success, DJI AGRAS T25 can automatically adjust its flight speed depending on the slope of the hill. The steeper the slope, the lower the flight speed.
[6] Effective sensing range and ability to avoid obstacles varies depending on ambient lighting, rain, fog, and the material, location, shape, and other characteristics of obstacles. It is recommended to plan linear objects such as wires or slanted lines as obstacles. Downward scanning is used for terrain tracking and altitude stabilization. Scanning in other directions serves to avoid obstacles. Note: Downward scanning is used for terrain tracking and height stabilization. If there is a collision between the bottom of the aircraft and obstacles, the customer is responsible for the damage. In the event of damage to the aircraft due to the inability to avoid obstacles (except for linear obstacles) at a flight speed of less than 10 m/s, the event records will be analyzed and, in the event of an aircraft fault, a free repair will be provided. Linear obstacles such as power lines and anchor wires on poles must be marked as obstacles, otherwise the customer is responsible for not avoiding them.
[7] Charging from 30% to 95%. Factors affecting charging time: altitude of charging station, cable meeting fast charging requirements, battery cell temperature between 15°C and 70°C (59°F and 158°F).
[8] The data were measured at a flight height of 2.5 meters without obstacles and electromagnetic interference.
[9] Data measured with DJI AGRAS T25 and may vary depending on operating environment and parameters. Flight parameters for this test: Dosage 15 L/ha, spraying width 7 m, flight speed 6.5 m/s and height 2.5 m. [10] Data were measured with urea and may vary depending on granule type, operating environment and parameters. Spreading parameters for this test: Dosage 150 kg/ha, spreading width 8 m, flight speed 10 m/s, height 4 m and disc rotation speed 1000 rpm.
[11] Size comparison between DJI AGRAS T25 unfolded and T20P unfolded.
[12] Requires the purchase of two additional centrifugal nozzles.
[13] The obstacle avoidance function is supported in the forward direction. Obstacle avoidance features are not supported at night or in low light environments. Fly with caution. Avoiding obstacles is not recommended near power lines or anchor wires.
[14] Mapping time refers to the time after the completion of the aerial survey. Time may vary depending on firmware version, type of aerial survey and other factors.
