Care Refresh insurance for the DJI Osmo Mobile 8 includes 2 replacement units for a small additional fee for one year and covers a wide range of accidents, giving you more peace of mind.

DJI Care Refresh insurance can also be linked to a previously purchased DJI Osmo Mobile 8 gimbal if it meets one of the following criteria:

• Brand new and unactivated stabilizer.
• Aircraft activated in the last 48 hours

After activating DJI Care Refresh insurance, your service contract will be sent to you via email. DJI Care Refresh will be automatically linked to your product and will take effect within 24 hours.

DJI Care Refresh insurance and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region, as the benefits provided by DJI Care Refresh insurance are only eligible in the region where it was purchased.

Every time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

When applying for insurance on the DJI Osmo Mobile 8 stabilizer, all fees are the same. The price of the uploaded fee is 9 EUR.

WARRANTY EXTENSION

Within the 1-year plan, it is possible to extend it for 1 additional year and then again for another year. Before your insurance ends, DJI itself will notify you of the expiration of the insurance period and then offer you to extend the insurance for one additional year for a certain fee.
