DJI Care Refresh insurance can also be attached to a previously purchased DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro camera if it meets one of the following criteria:
Brand new and unactivated camera
Camera activated in the last 48 hours

After activating the DJI Care Refresh insurance service, your service contract will be sent to you by email. DJI Care Refresh will be automatically bound to your product and will take effect within 24 hours.

The DJI Care Refresh insurance and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region, as the benefits provided by the DJI Care Refresh insurance are only valid in the region where it was purchased.
Every time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
INSURANCE EXTENSION
As part of the 2-year plan, it is possible to extend it by 1 additional year. Before the end of your insurance, DJI itself will notify you of the completion of the insurance period and then offer you to extend the insurance by one additional year for a certain fee.
