The DOCK 2 package does not include a drone or a remote control. You also need to purchase a remote control for setting up and diagnosing DOCK 2 and for manual flight with the drone.

Before deployment, the aircraft can use visual sensors to detect the surrounding environment and quickly determine whether the area has strong GNSS signals. This new visual assessment significantly speeds up site selection, reducing the time required from five hours to twelve minutes or less.

DJI Dock 2 integrates multiple sensors including a rain gauge, wind speed measurement, and thermometer to sense weather changes in real time. Combined with online weather forecasts, it can provide early warnings or terminate flight tasks via DJI FlightHub 2, effectively reducing flight risk.
Thanks to next-generation image recognition technology, the aircraft accurately identifies markers to determine its position on the landing pad. In addition, a new landing pad design with a sliding ramp further facilitates precise landings.
In the event of an unexpected power outage, the DJI Dock 2 can continue to operate independently for over five hours with a built-in backup battery, providing enough time to return and land the aircraft.
Due to its high level of protection and reliability, DJI Dock 2 requires maintenance approximately every six months, effectively controlling human resource costs.
If the DJI Dock 2 and aircraft encounter a mission failure or emergency, DJI FlightHub 2 will immediately send email notifications. This allows operators to accurately track and troubleshoot issues based on the information provided.
Brand new DJI Matrix 3D/3TD It is specially designed for DJI Dock 2. DJI Matrix 3D It is equipped with a telephoto lens and a wide-angle camera with a mechanical shutter, which meets the requirements for high-precision mapping tasks at a scale of 1:500. DJI Matrix 3TD, equipped with a wide-angle camera, a telephoto camera, and an infrared camera, it can display both visible light and thermal images, making it suitable for security and surveillance operations.

DJI Dock 2 integrates a pair of RTK antennas, allowing the aircraft to obtain accurate return-to-home information without waiting for RTK data convergence. It also completes a complete propeller check and takeoff in as little as 45 seconds, allowing it to quickly transition to operational status.
DJI Dock 2 charges the aircraft from 20% to 90% in just 32 minutes, allowing for efficient power supply for sequential operations.
DJI Dock 2 is equipped with internal and external fisheye cameras that provide real-time viewing. Close monitoring inside and outside the dock allows the operator to remotely monitor weather conditions, the surrounding environment, and the drone's takeoffs and landings.
