The DJI Osmo 360 camera uses a 1-inch HDR sensor with an f/1.9 aperture, which excels even in difficult lighting conditions.
In SuperNight mode, you can create sharp and clear images even when shooting at night, while the 13.5 EV dynamic range ensures realistic colors and detailed shadows.
Thanks to its advanced layered design, the camera can fit two large 1-inch 360° imaging modules [1] into a compact body weighing just 183g.
Forget about worrying about memory cards – with 105GB of built-in storage, you always have enough space to create.
Four built-in microphones capture surround sound from all directions. The camera supports both Mono and Stereo modes, and advanced wind noise reduction ensures clear audio even in windy conditions.
Thanks to a high-performance image chip and an efficient cooling system, the DJI Osmo 360 can record in 8K/30fps for up to 100 minutes without a break. So you can capture every important moment without interruption. When recording in 6K resolution, the endurance is even longer - up to 190 minutes of continuous 360° video.
With support for Wi-Fi 6.0 and USB 3.1, the Osmo 360 enables wireless data transfer speeds of up to 90 MB/s and wired transfer to a computer of up to 600 MB/s [8], so you can process even large files quickly and effortlessly.
Osmo 360 supports a magnetic quick-release system compatible with Osmo Action series accessories, allowing you to quickly and easily change settings as needed. Thanks to the standard 1/4" thread, you can also attach the camera to tripods or other equipment. Combined with the invisible selfie stick [5] and quick-release adapter [12], you can seamlessly switch between 360° footage and vlogging mode - exactly as you need it at the moment.
Built-in charging contacts allow direct connection to the battery extension bracket [13], which extends battery life at 8K 360° [2] recording for up to 180 minutes. Plus, it features control buttons right on the body – for easy one-touch start, pause or sleep of the camera. More freedom, less downtime.
The Osmo 360 supports direct connection of up to two DJI OsmoAudio™ microphones without the need for an external receiver [3]. This gives you studio-quality, high-sample-rate audio, perfect for interviews, vlogging, or filming with a partner. Plus, the built-in microphone’s audio backup feature lets you capture natural ambient sounds for even more vivid, authentic video.
Start or stop recording with a simple hand gesture – even when wearing thick gloves. For even more control, you can set the gesture to only activate recording, so you never miss an important moment. There’s also voice control, which allows you to shoot completely hands-free – ideal for dynamic situations where you just want to focus on the scene and composition.
Data from cycling or motorcycle devices – such as Apple Watch, Garmin, or other FIT-enabled devices – can be directly embedded into your video in the form of a clear dashboard, giving your footage a more professional look while providing valuable context for the viewer.
The camera can be connected to Bluetooth headsets such as SENA or VIMOTO [14] to record wireless audio, including voice control, while riding. This feature is ideal for moto vlogs or cycling recordings.
SnapShot lets you start recording instantly with the touch of a button. Quickly switch between 360° and flat video recording to always capture important moments exactly as the situation demands.
DJI Studio offers powerful and precise stitching of 360° footage – intelligent technology automatically smooths out complex textures (e.g. tiles or railings) and ensures a smooth, natural-looking result.
Intelligent object tracking is available in the DJI Mimo and DJI Studio apps, allowing you to lock on and track people, vehicles, or animals – even during 360° recording.
The GyroFrame feature in the DJI Mimo app simplifies composition – just move your phone, choose the ideal angle, lock it, and export the video.
The built-in editing assistant automatically detects camera orientation and allows you to quickly switch to selfie view when editing – resulting in faster and more intuitive content creation.
DJI Osmo 360 supports editing in DJI Mimo and DJI Studio, with DJI Studio providing a complete suite of editing, exporting, and sharing tools. There is also an official plugin for Adobe Premiere, making it easy to integrate editing into a professional post-production workflow.
Notes
1. When capturing 360° content, the Osmo 360's CMOS sensor has a sensing area equivalent to a 1" CMOS sensor with a 4:3 aspect ratio.
2. Measured under laboratory conditions at 25°C while recording 8K/30fps 360° video, with Wi-Fi off, gesture control, voice control, editing assistant, and screen off. Data was obtained in a controlled environment and is for guidance only. When using Osmo 360 in the EU and UK, actual battery life may vary due to local regulations regarding operating temperatures. Please refer to real user experience.
3. Direct connection to the first generation DJI Mic is not supported. DJI microphones are sold separately.
4. "DJI's First Camera" refers to the Osmo 360 as the first DJI camera (as of July 31, 2025) to feature dual square sensors with a resolution of 4000 x 4000 and can natively record 8K/30fps 360° video with 2.4μm pixels.
