The DJI ROMO P Robotic Vacuum Cleaner is more than just a regular helper. It is a technologically advanced cleaning system that brings professional precision to every corner of your home. It uses artificial intelligence and advanced route planning algorithms, which are based on DJI's experience in aerial drones and 3D spatial mapping.
ROMO P can detect even the thinnest objects – such as a charging cable that is only 2 mm thick. This means it will never get stuck, damage furniture and effectively clean places where other robots fail – such as under the sofa, between chair legs or along door thresholds.
The device is equipped with a multi-level sensor system that combines data from cameras, LiDAR scanners, gyroscopes and a pressure sensor. This system ensures smooth movement, precise orientation even in the dark and continuous surveillance of the cleaning route.
At the heart of the DJI ROMO P is a high-speed motor with a metal fan that creates extreme suction pressure of up to 25,000 Pa and an air flow of up to 20 liters per second.
This performance allows the vacuum cleaner to remove even deeply embedded dirt from carpets, crevices, or hard-to-reach places.
Combined with the ROMO P dual rotating brush system, it effectively picks up dust, crumbs, pet hair and larger dirt. The brushes are equipped with Anti-Tangle technology, which prevents hair from tangling and reduces the need for manual cleaning.
ROMO P not only vacuums, but also professionally washes floors. The built-in 164 ml tank keeps the mop pads constantly moist, preventing dry spots during long cleaning sessions.
The robot can precisely regulate the amount of water and recognize dirt - in the case of grease or dried stains, it will automatically increase the dosage.
It also supports a dual-chamber fluid system – you can use both cleaning solution and deodorant to keep your home smelling fresh.
Dual flexible arms automatically extend and retract to fit any space [2]. They reach deep into corners and along edges, removing dust from hard-to-reach places.
One of the biggest innovations of the DJI ROMO P is the autonomous high-pressure self-cleaning base. This station can wash, dry, and clean the mop pads without user intervention.
It uses four pressurized water jets that exert a force of 12 N, thoroughly removing dirt, dust and bacteria. The wide 16 mm drain hole also drains away remaining dirty water, hair or larger particles of waste.
In addition, the station is equipped with 3-stage noise reduction, which ensures quiet operation even when vacuuming dust or drying filters.
ROMO P adapts to each task and lifts its roller brush or mop pads to avoid cross-contamination.

ROMO is not waterproof. Keep the robot and its charging base in a dry place, avoid contact with liquids to prevent damage.
ROMO supports four cleaning modes: Vacuum and Mop, Vacuum, Mop, and Vacuum then Mop. You can also create your own cleaning schedules using the cleaning task on the DJI Home app home screen.

ROMO Mopping supports the use of stain remover and floor deodorizer (available only for ROMO P). This improves performance in removing greasy stains and in areas with pets, helping to meet various household cleaning needs. In vacuuming and mopping mode, ROMO operates at a noise level of approximately 56 dBA. During dust collection, the noise level is approximately 65 dBA. For example, in vacuuming mode with the suction power set to quiet mode, a full charge provides approximately 3 hours of operation and can clean approximately 178 m² with approximately 12% battery remaining. Actual experience may vary depending on environment, usage, and firmware version.
ROMO can detect and avoid common household obstacles, including cables of varying thickness and objects of varying heights. In standard mode, it can detect cables with a diameter of 2 mm or larger and obstacles with a diameter of 15 mm or larger. The robot will decide whether to pass or clean the obstacle based on the size of the obstacle. ROMO will also avoid household excrement. For obstacle sensing to be effective, surfaces such as floors and walls should be non-reflective (matte) with rich textures and reflectivity above 20%. This feature also requires an ambient light level of at least 0.1 lux. Do not use the device in areas with mirrored or highly reflective surfaces to ensure optimal performance of the visual positioning system.
In vacuuming and mopping mode with the clean water tank filled to the MAX line, ROMO can mop approximately 200 m². Actual experience may vary depending on environment, usage and firmware version.
