When handing over the device, we will answer your questions and provide you with a brief instruction of the operator, completely FREE OF CHARGE . When picking up in person, we will install the latest firmware, calibrate the device, check everything and show the first flight. You can fly into the terrain immediately after receiving the device. In case of additional questions of use, we will advise you. We know the devices and use them daily, so it is not a problem for us to identify a number of problems remotely and save your filmmaker time. We also provide you with warranty and post-warranty service of the equipment performed in the shortest possible time.
