Starting the device for the first time

For drones we perform:
- charging the batteries and the controller
- If you don't have one, we will create a new DJI account for you.
- device activation
- If you have purchased DJI Care insurance, we will activate it for you as well.
- complete upgrade of the drone / transmitter / all batteries
- calibration of all anti-collision sensors
- IMU unit calibration
- compass calibration
- we check the camera functions including optics and sharpness
- SD card
- We perform a test flight during which we check oscillations, sensor functions in flight, and the overall behavior of the drone in the air.
- Such a first launch takes approximately 2-3 hours, so it is not possible to perform it while waiting.
- When ordering a device with this service, payment is only possible in advance, i.e. online payment via the GoPay payment gateway or by bank transfer.
- If a problem occurs during setup/flight of the drone, we will immediately replace the device, so you can be sure that you have a 100% functional device.
