• When used with Insta360 Ace Pro 2 / Ace Pro / Ace cameras, you must purchase a Quick Release Mount or 3-Prong to 1/4" Adapter (sold separately).

• For optimal stability when used with the ONE RS 1-Inch 360 Edition, we recommend extending the pole to a maximum of 2 sections (~70 cm). Always check the stability of the camera for longer lengths.

• Do not use long selfie sticks at high speeds or in extreme action shots.
