DJI Care Refresh insurance and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region, as the benefits provided by DJI Care Refresh insurance are only eligible in the region where it was purchased.
Every time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
In case of insurance on the DJI Mini 5 Pro drone, all fees are the same. The price of the uploaded fee is 75 EUR. In case the drone flies away, the fee is 319 EUR (to apply FlyAway, you need to have a DJI account and a remote controller paired with the drone via the app.) FlyAway can be applied 2 times in 2 years.
INSURANCE EXTENSION
Within the 2-year plan, it is possible to extend it for 1 additional year. Before your insurance ends, DJI itself will notify you of the expiration of the insurance period and then offer you to extend the insurance for one additional year for a certain fee.
