We are receiving a lot of questions from our customers regarding VAT-free shopping, so we prepared a short Q&A to make order processing easier.
- Business customers who have a valid VAT identification number registered in the European Union (EU).
- Non-EU customers who are exporting goods outside the EU.
In the detail of each product, there is a price with VAT 20% as well as a price without VAT. In the shopping cart, you will still see prices with VAT. During one of the last steps at checkout, after entering your EU country and the correct VAT number, the final amount will be displayed without VAT.
You can also pick up the goods from us in the store without VAT. Then we will fill in the "Statement on the transprtation of goods by the customer" together. Suitable for neighboring countries such as Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic.
and I would like to personally pick up the parcel from your store. Will it be without VAT?
Unfortunately, no. If you pick up the parcel at our store, it is considered as if the shipping address is within the EU. You have to pay the full amount, including VAT 20%. However, we will provide you with some documents which must be stamped by customs when you exit the EU. This confirms that the goods have left the EU. After you return the stamped documents to us, we can refund the VAT that you paid. After you enter a non-EU country, please scan the stamped document and send it by email to us along with your account number.
