How is the repair of DJI drones in Xtreme?
Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the price of the repair in advance. The whole process usually takes 2-3 weeks until the drone is ready to be picked up or shipped to you. The drone will be replaced by the DJI manufacturer for a refurbished or new piece (at the cost of the repair). The warranty continues. From experience, 97% of customers have the drone repaired.
Normal repair: Just send us the damaged drone. Flashlight, propellers, controller and other accessories no need.
DJI Care Refresh repair: Send us a damaged drone, damaged battery and damaged propellers. These 3 items will be replaced with new ones. The controller and other accessories do not need to be sent.
Send packages only by courier directly to our company, if you send the package to the post office - the package will not be accepted and will be returned to you!

We handle a drone bought from another seller too.
We recommend filing a complaint with the seller where you bought the drone, because it will be free of charge without a handling fee. We charge a handling fee of 40 € for a warranty drone purchased from another seller. After the repair, your original warranty that you received when you purchased the drone will continue. However, the drone must be purchased in the EU (intended for the EU market)
Send or bring the drone to us. We will have it diagnosed by DJI. DJI will review the flights from the black box. The condition is also that the flight must be made with the original DJI app. Flight data is also sent from the app.
If DJI recognizes the fault of the drone, the drone will be repaired or replaced with a new one under warranty. There is no charge for the repair.
In the event that DJI does not recognize the fault of the drone and at the same time you refuse the repair, in some cases DJI charges for diagnostics. If you decide to repair the drone, the same procedure applies as for a normal repair, even though your warranty will continue.
99% of your drone has been replaced and therefore these 4 things need to be done.

4. Calibrate the compass and IMU before the first flight
One option is to bring or send a drone to us, we will take care of everything. We charge a handling fee for mediation of 25 Euros + the price of the Care Refresh fee for the replacement of the drone. Bring us the drone, damaged battery and damaged propellers. These 3 things will be replaced by DJI.
The second option is that you arrange everything through the DJI website. This will save you our handling fee.
