DJI Care Refresh verification

Here you can check the validity of the DJI Care Refresh insurance . This insurance is intended for DJI products only . For verification, you will need the SN number, which is on each DJI product or on the box.

Why do I need to verify the validity of the insurance?

Thanks to the DJI Care Refresh insurance, DJI will replace your drone or sports camera with a new one for a small fee (co-payment) and therefore it is good to know if my insurance is activated, how long it is valid and how many exchanges I still have available under the insurance . You will also need this verification when buying a second-hand drone . Here you can check whether the drone was purchased with insurance or how many exchanges are still left.

How do I find out the SN number?

Find your product on this link and the picture will show you the place where the SN number is located.
