Camera activated in the last 48 hours

After activating DJI Care Refresh insurance, your service contract will be sent to you via email. DJI Care Refresh will be automatically linked to your product and will take effect within 24 hours.

DJI Care Refresh insurance and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region, as the benefits provided by DJI Care Refresh insurance are only eligible in the region where it was purchased.
Every time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
INSURANCE EXTENSION
Within the 2-year plan, it is possible to extend it for 1 additional year. Before your insurance ends, DJI itself will notify you of the expiration of the insurance period and then offer you to extend the insurance for one additional year for a certain fee.
