Description

DJI RS 3 Mini

The historic first mini version of stabilizers from the Ronin/RS series. DJI RS 3 Mini is an incredibly small, light handheld stabilizer with a load capacity of up to 2 kg. Thanks to these main features, it can stabilize most common mirrorless cameras with various combinations of lenses and at the same time stabilize the image as we are used to from the DJI RS 3 stabilizer.

Lower weight - only 795g

Support for most mirrorless cameras

Larger, 1.4" Display

Native vertical shooting

Breakthrough, compact DJI RS 3 Mini stabilizer body

The DJI RS 3 Mini has undergone a complete redesign, resulting in a reduced size while maintaining the most important features of the stabilizer. As with previous models, the battery is integrated into the handle, without the possibility of replacement. However, this is not necessary, because the stabilizer can withstand even long shootings without any problems. Thanks to its compactness, it fits comfortably in a backpack or a smaller bag, so you can travel with ease. The DJI RS 3 Mini is 50% smaller than the DJI RS 3 PRO, making it more comfortable for longer shoots.

Super light, intuitive control

The DJI RS 3 Mini weighs only 795g in portrait mode, making it approximately 50% lighter than the DJI RS 3 PRO and 40% lighter than the DJI RS 3. Together with the horizontal shooting base, it weighs just under 850g. The redesign moved the center of gravity of the stabilizer more to the center, so it holds much better and offers greater stability in the hand.

High performance stabilizer up to 2kg DJI RS 3 Mini

You can place a camera up to 2kg on the DJI RS 3 Mini stabilizer. Beware of lenses that are too long, which may not fit on the stabilizer. The stabilizer easily supports the Sony A7S3 with the 24-70mm F2.8 lens. The Mini supports SLRs as well as mirrorless cameras with a variety of lenses. Stabilizer motors are so powerful that they can stabilize the camera even while zooming to maximum zoom with most common lenses without the need to rebalance the camera.

Professional stabilization of the 3rd generation

DJI RS 3 Mini brings the third generation stabilization algorithm, thanks to which you can stabilize videos like professional stabilizers. The same algorithms are also used by DJI RS 3 Pro and DJI RS 3. Now you can shoot shots from a low angle or shots in "flashlight" mode very stably and without extreme effort. The stabilizer does everything for you.

Lots of automated camera movements

The new generation also brings new functions such as tracking the object, circling around the object or rotating the camera 360 degrees to create professional shots very easily.

Subject Circling - a perfect function that simplifies circling around an object or person and tries to automatically keep it in the picture so that you don't have to

Subject Tracking - a function designed to keep a moving object in the frame.. DJI RS 3 Mini can track the movement of a person and at the same time change between a shot from a low angle and another shot, for example from another side, and all this completely smoothly

3D Roll 360 - thanks to this function, you can literally "turn the world" upside down just by using a stabilizer without having to rotate the camera in your hand. These shots are perfect as secondary effect shots to a video for revival

New two-layer quick release plate

The quick-release plate has also been redesigned so that you can easily move the camera between the stabilizer and the tripod. At the same time, the new shape in the DJI workshop will prevent unwanted rotation of the camera, which can loosen the camera's grip on the plate. The new plate is also compatible with the ARCA standard, so you can use the same mount as you have on the tripod.

Filming for social networks - stories, shorts, reels

Vertical shots are more in demand every day and that's why DJI responds to this need with native vertical camera rotation. Just turn the camera and attach it using the plate to the side bar and you can film. You don't need any other components or accessories... everything is already thought out and integrated in the basis of the DJI RS 3 Mini.

Compared to the portrait mode on some stabilizers, the camera rotation on the DJI RS 3 Mini is native. This means that you can use Upright, Underslung, Flashlight and other shooting modes without any problems... just like when you shoot horizontally.

Expansion port for easier mounting of accessories

DJI RS 3 Mini is equipped with the so-called NATO port, which allows you to more easily install accessories such as handles, external lights, monitors, so you can expand your configuration and increase your flexibility during filming.

Intuitive control of the DJI RS 3 Mini stabilizer

Bluetooth Shutter Control

DJI RS 3 Mini includes the bluetooth shutter you know from RS 3 PRO. This function is supported by most common mirrorless cameras that can connect to the stabilizer wirelessly.

After pairing the camera with the DJI RS 3 Mini, you can control photography and recording directly from the gimbal. If you're using a Sony mirrorless camera with a supported lens, you can even control the zoom using the wheel without the need for a cable connection.

Button for quick mode change

DJI RS 3 Mini has an integrated button marked "M", where you can change between PF (Pan Follow), PTF (Pan and Tilt Follow) and FPV modes, which follow the movements of the hand. You can even set the speed at which the stabilizer will react to changes directly on the touchscreen. Everything together will allow you to work with the stabilizer much faster and more intuitively.

1.4" Color display

One of the newer gadgets that DJI adds to the stabilizers is a full-color, perfectly controllable touch screen. Thanks to this display, you do not need to connect to the application, but you can make many settings directly on this display and completely intuitively.

Front wheel for quick adjustment of parameters

DJI RS 3 Mini has a wheel in the front of the stabilizer, which you can use to focus, change ISO, aperture, shutter and other parameters. You can also move the stabilizer for smoother movements.

10 hour battery life

DJI RS 3 Mini has an integrated battery that can stabilize the camera for up to an incredible 10 hours. Charging takes only 2.5 hours. You can fully use the stabilizer while charging.
