DJI Care Refresh insurance can also be linked to a previously purchased DJI RS 3 Pro gimbal if it meets one of the following criteria:

• Brand new and unactivated stabilizer
• Stabilizer activated in the last 48 hours
• Repair at an official DJI service center (within 72 hours of receiving the email invitation);

After activating DJI Care Refresh insurance, your service contract will be sent to you via email. DJI Care Refresh will be automatically linked to your product and will take effect within 24 hours.

DJI Care Refresh insurance and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region, as the benefits provided by DJI Care Refresh insurance are only eligible in the region where it was purchased.

Every time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability (refurbished).
