DJI Care Refresh insurance can also be tied to a previously purchased DJI RS 3 Pro stabilizer if it meets one of the following criteria:

• Brand new and unactivated stabilizer
• Stabilizer activated in the last 48 hours
• Repair at an official DJI service center (within 72 hours of receiving the email invitation);

After activating the DJI Care Refresh insurance service, your service contract will be sent to you by email. DJI Care Refresh will be automatically tied to your product and will take effect within 24 hours.
