The RS Enhanced Intelligent Tracking Module is an intelligent tracking module that allows DJI RS gimbals to smoothly and accurately track a selected object by selecting it directly on the touchscreen. After selecting a person, vehicle, pet, or other subject, the module automatically keeps the object in the ideal position in the frame. It is ideal for orbital shots, tracking movement from behind, and for solo filming from a fixed position without an assistant.
The bottom of the tracking module uses a magnetic locking mechanism, allowing you to quickly and easily attach it directly to the DJI RS 5 or DJI RS 4 Mini by pressing the latches. Using the Adapter Mount, the module can also be used with the DJI RS 4 Pro and DJI RS 4. Please note that when using the adapter, the RSS port on the gimbal is occupied, so it is not possible to use the camera control cable at the same time.
When using the RS Enhanced Intelligent Tracking Module with DJI RS 4, RS 4 Pro, or RS 4 Mini, the gimbal firmware must be updated. The system supports tracking of a single clearly identifiable object (person, vehicle, cat, or dog) and requires an environment free of similar objects. Also, the tracking preview does not appear on the touchscreen for these gimbals.
