Why use ND filters?
ND (neutral density) filters are designed to reduce the amount of light reaching the camera or camcorder chip. This allows you to gain complete control over light exposure to achieve desired effects such as blurring water surfaces, waterfalls, clouds, or preserving natural motion blur in video that would otherwise be impossible to achieve without ND filters.
ND32/PL filter
The ND4/PL hybrid filter helps reduce shutter speed by 2 EV for shooting in the strongest sunlight, especially in the morning and afternoon, while also reducing distracting reflections on shiny surfaces such as windows or water. With this filter, you can also achieve a cinematic "motion blur" effect.
