After activating the DJI Care Refresh insurance service, your service contract will be sent to you by email. DJI Care Refresh will be automatically bound to your product and will take effect within 24 hours.

The DJI Care Refresh insurance and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region, as the benefits provided by the DJI Care Refresh insurance are only valid in the region where it was purchased.
Each time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability (refurbished).
In the case of the DJI Air 3S, all fees are worth €99 including VAT. FlyAway in case the drone flies away at a price of €429 including VAT.
